AI Training Data Companies (aitrainingdatacompanies.com) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, which is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.

AI Training Data Companies is a matching service. We do not do the work ourselves. We introduce you to a training data vendor, who pays us for the introduction.

Contents of a brief

When you use the quote form we collect:

• your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
• the details you give about the project, such as data type, size, timing and rights needed
• your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to

Purpose

We use your details to find a training data vendor who can help with your request. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.

We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your request.

If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the request is not completed.

We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.

Recipients

Your details go to:

• the training data vendor we name to you, and only after you agree
• the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data

Retention

We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the request without those details, so we can count how many requests the site receives.

Rights you hold

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will answer within 45 days.

Visit counts and cookies

We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If you live in the US

Because the vendor at the end of an introduction may pay us, a handful of state laws put forwarding your brief to it in the legal bucket called selling, or sharing, personal data. One email opts you out, as does the opt-out page linked below; each opt-out is date-stamped once actioned.

State law may also entitle you to a copy of your information, a correction or erasure, without any penalty for asking. Advertising never draws on your brief, and the site is aimed at adults rather than anyone under 16.

Consent logs

Complaints about calls or texts may be filed years later, so a five-year log of each consent is kept: contact detail, timestamp, IP address, page and the exact wording displayed. Your name and brief still go on the timetable above.

Records we never want

There is no upload anywhere on this site, and we never ask for datasets, samples or files. If a brief accidentally contains other people's personal information, email us and it will be erased.
